• Julien Plouzeau is Senior Partner at Oraseya Capital, the US$136 million venture capital arm of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, investing from pre-Seed to Series B. He is one of the founding partners, will full operational responsibility for the firm. • He began his career in investment banking at Société Générale CIB in Milan before moving to Dubai in 2012 to found the region's first online platform for booking entertainers, which he later exited. He has closed over 70 investments, and sits on several boards.
