Paola "Pao" Correa is an early-stage tech investor and operator with over a decade building global strategies across Enterprise SaaS, AdTech, and Digital Media in North and Latin American markets. As Chief of Staff at Recursive Ventures, she leads fund operations, fundraising, and portfolio support for the firm's inception-stage AI portfolio. Previously, she was an Investment Associate at Techstars Miami, backing 48 underrepresented founders, and founded PAO & CO, producing conferences like Culture Shifting Labs and the Latinx VC Conference. Her path spans Facebook, Google, Prezi, and 500 Global. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern.
