Before 1mind, Bhat spent five years at Rippling leading 70 engineers across $100M+ ARR product lines in PEO, EOR and Global while also heading the company's growth, data, and AI infrastructure teams. Before that Bhat co-founded Scribe, a GTM lead qualification company which was part of YCombinator W17 and was acquired by Rippling.
